White Chocolate Ganache Whipped Cream
Makes 3 cups

Special Tool Box:
• electric stand mixer, bowl, and whisk attachment
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla bean paste
1 teaspoon Grand Marnier Liqueur
1/4 cup White Chocolate Ganache
1. Pour cream into a mixing bowl and beat on high speed with the whisk attachment until soft peaks are formed.
2. Add the remaining ingredients; beat on high until stiff peaks are formed.
3. Use immediately or store in a plastic, airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
